Jumping into wedding photography has certainly been a challenge. You know you can do it, but you can't "prove" that to prospective clients. With no portfolio, how can they gain your trust on the biggest day of their lives? With that said, I will be taking on some clients with little pay, just to build up the portfolio. But unfortunately in trying to put my best foot forward, I want to use the best equipment possible. I know what's in the bag doesn't make the pictures but will help me achieve the look and feel I want to produce for the clients. So entering contests and starting the savings toward my goal purchase has begun.
